Active Ingredient:
Made from the extract of the Yucca spp. plant, the main ingredients of which are saponin and guaiac component.

How it works:
Ammonia is a harmful gas for fish and shrimp farming. Aquatic animals, i.e. fish and shrimp, excrete feces and digest unused food, creating a large amount of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and methane gas in the water. As a result, the pH value of the water increases, making the pond/enclosure unsuitable for fish and shrimp farming. Saponin and guaiac component reduce and control the amount of the above gases, making the pond/enclosure suitable for fish and shrimp farming.
Yucca binds ammonia molecules and nitrites and converts them into various nitrogen-containing compounds, which later help in the growth of phytoplankton.
